Chasys Draw IES Converter is the batch file converter program in the IES suite. Chasys Draw IES Converter is a high speed, multi-threaded conversion application that is capable of utilizing dual/quad/multi-core processors for extra speed.
Chasys Draw IES Viewer is the viewer program in the IES suite. Chasys Draw IES Viewer is a high speed viewer application that is capable of viewing all image files that can be loaded by the IES suite, including Chasys Draw Image Format (cd5) and animated GIF.
Chasys Draw IES raw-Photo is the RAW format import and processing program in the IES suite. Chasys Draw IES raw-Photo is based on Dave Coffin's raw photo decoder, better known as dcraw.
Chasys Draw IES Artist is the main image editor and paint program in the IES suite. It's also the parent application from with the rest of the suite evolved. Chasys Draw IES Artist is what one would call an "out of the box" editor; an image editor that was designed from the ground up to be unique. As a field of study, image editing has come a long way, with new ideas coming up and even rendering irrelevant traditional methods that are considered industry standards. Unfortunately, most image editors still stick to tradition. In designing Chasys Draw IES Artist, my main intention was to address this need; to provide you with an image editor with all the new ideas and none of the old. As the application evolved, photo-editing features were added, as were animation and stacking. Chasys Draw IES Artist has over time grown into a powerful image editor that takes a radically different approach to image editing, resulting in distinctive character, speed and output quality.
